Gerard Van Spaendonck, director at MedeAnalytics, has a long and successful history with Philips. Gerard started as a financial analyst in 1995 and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming SVP & CFO of the Business Group Home Entertainment in 1997. In 2006, they moved to Philips Healthcare, where they served as GM & SVP of BU Home Monitoring and also led business transformation efforts. Gerard left Philips in 2014 to join MedeAnalytics.

Gerard Van Spaendonck received their pre-university education at Gymnasium Bernrode in Rosmalen, where they studied Dutch, old-Greek, English, Math, Science, Chemistry, Economics. Gerard then went on to study Business Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they received their drs. After that, they completed the post-University International Controllers Program at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam & Universiteit van Maastricht, where they received their RC.
