Alma T. serves as Operations Manager at both Elevate PFS and MedData, roles held since December 2014 and October 2015, respectively. Previously, Alma held the position of Patient Advocate Supervisor at Cardon Outreach from December 2014 to October 2015 and worked as a COB/TPL Claims Specialist at HAP/Midwest Health Plan from December 2013 to December 2014. Earlier experience includes serving as Member Services Team Lead and Corporate Trainer at First Recovery Group LLC from September 2008 to September 2013 and as a Spanish Tutor at Calvin College from September 2003 to April 2008. Alma began a career as a Spanish Interpreter with International Family Mission from January 1994 to September 2003. Alma T. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Calvin University.
