Lauren McNamara, RN, BScN, has a diverse professional background in healthcare and management, currently serving as Senior Manager, Specialty, Referrals and Medical Records at Medcan since January 2019. In this role, Lauren has held multiple positions including Manager, Year Round Care and Specialty Services, Nursing Practice Lead, Nurse Coordinator, and Nurse Consultant. Prior to Medcan, Lauren worked as a Registered Nurse at University Health Network from September 2018 to November 2020 and gained experience as a Personal Care Attendant at Shannex Incorporated from July 2017 to August 2018. Additionally, Lauren contributed to the athletic development of youth as a Gymnastics Coach at Titans Gymnastics and Trampoline Club for nearly a decade, from August 2009 to July 2018. Lauren obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dalhousie University, graduating in 2018.
