Mark McIntyre has a long and varied work experience in the music and tech industry. Mark began their career in 2008 as an Engineer and Senior Engineer for various Internet Companies. In 2011, they were Engineering Manager for Yahoo!, Co-Founder for GroupByWhat (which was acquired by Dealised), and VP Product for Group Commerce. In 2013, they were CTO for openXO, and in 2014 they were CEO and CTO for Songkick and VP Engineering for CrowdSurge (which merged with Songkick). Currently, they are Chief Technology Officer for Medallion.

Mark McIntyre obtained a BSc Hons in Physics from UCL between 2005-2008. In 2013, they obtained a certification in Functional Programming Principles in Scala from Coursera.
