Susan Killian currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Contentsquare since April 2024. Prior to this role, Susan held various leadership positions at Medallia, including Vice President & GM for Retail and multiple vice president roles focused on sales. With an extensive career at IBM spanning from 1997 to the present, Susan progressed from roles such as Enterprise Client Executive to Watson & Cloud Platform Sales Leader for the Financial Services Market. Susan's early career included a marketing role at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico. Academically, Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
