Nicole Sy is an accomplished professional in the fields of education, enablement development, and multimedia design, currently serving as the Director of Global Education & Enablement Development at Medallia since April 2019. With prior experience as an eLearning Designer/Developer at The Nature Conservancy and Senior Courseware Developer at Citrix, Nicole has a robust history of designing and implementing training solutions for various organizations, including Fortune 500 companies. Nicole's career also includes roles as Multimedia Designer III at Northrop Grumman Corporation and Lead Designer/Visual Strategist at Convergys. Earlier work includes owning a design business and contributing as a Senior Designer at Bio-Rad Laboratories. Nicole holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder.
