Martin Fernandez is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Medallia since April 2017, Martin oversees a 6-person team focused on critical backend systems. Previously at Core Security from April 2011 to April 2017, Martin held various roles including Engineering Manager, Development Coordinator, and Senior Software Engineer, leading teams in significant projects such as UI revamps and database migrations. Martin's career began at Gora S.A. and continued with positions at Verizon Business Markets and SOFT EXPRESS, INC., where noteworthy achievements included designing a digital music store and migrating legacy systems.
