Clayton Greenhalgh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in integration, business intelligence, and process automation. Currently serving as Director at Medallia since August 2015, Clayton has held various roles including IT Manager and Senior Analyst, showcasing a strong background in service management solutions and application support. Prior to this, experience from September 2008 to August 2015 at Apple encompassed roles as a Genius, Family Room Specialist, and Sales Specialist, where expertise in troubleshooting, training, and sales of Mac and iOS products was developed. Clayton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from New York University, earned between 2012 and 2014, along with earlier studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
