Ashley Babcock-Williams has extensive experience in healthcare administration, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Administration and Vice President of the Patient Experience at Urgent Care Group since March 2022. Previously, Ashley held various leadership roles at Total Access Urgent Care, including Vice President of Operations, where contributions helped establish the organization as the highest-rated healthcare system in Greater St. Louis. Ashley also served as Senior Director of the Patient Experience - Operations and Director of Communications, creating accountability systems and leading marketing strategies. Prior experience includes roles as Marketing Director and Project Manager at Eagle and Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University.
