Dr. Catharina Holtschulte is a highly experienced professional in the field of analytical compliance, currently serving as Manager Analytical Compliance at medac GmbH since October 2020, where responsibilities include monitoring product transfers, creating SOPs, and ensuring regulatory compliance in quality control and analytics. Previously, Dr. Holtschulte obtained a PhD in Pharmaceutics and Drug Design from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, focusing on the development of σ1 receptor antagonists and utilizing various analytical techniques. Additionally, experience as a Research Scientist at the Institute of Cell Dynamics and Imaging involved studying plasma membrane proteins in yeast, with further research conducted as a Visiting Research Scientist at Institut Jacques Monod/CNRS. An academic foundation includes a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, both obtained from the University of Münster.
