Tim McKeown serves as the Senior Director of Total Rewards at Medable, Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this role, Tim held similar leadership positions including Senior Director of Total Rewards at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Director of Total Rewards and HRIS at Cognosante. With extensive experience in total rewards management, Tim also served as Vice President at the American Red Cross and held various roles at Lockheed Martin, World Wildlife Fund, W.R. Grace, and Barents Group. Tim earned an MBA in Management from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
