Pakhi Mahawar is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the steel sector, currently serving as a Manager at MECON Limited, India since July 2013. Key achievements include the preparation of four Techno Economic Feasibility Reports for projects worth INR 56,000 crore and the design of eight million tonne steel projects for notable clients such as SAIL and NINL. Prior to this role, Pakhi Mahawar was a student at the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi, where significant contributions included pioneering the first TEDx event in Varanasi and founding a theatrical society. Educationally, Pakhi Mahawar holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT (BHU). Internships at the Defence Metallurgical Research Laboratory and Bhabha Atomic Research Center provided further practical experience in material characterization and manufacturing process evaluation.
