Hunter Rowan is a highly experienced marine engineer and strategic sealift officer with a diverse background in operations and maintenance across various marine platforms. Currently serving as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Reserve since June 2015, Hunter has held multiple naval ranks and responsibilities, including involvement with the Naval Sea Systems Command as an APM for Strategic Sealift and as a Configuration Manager. In the engineering sector, Hunter is a licensed marine engineer within the MEBA and has extensive experience working aboard several vessels managed by companies such as Maersk Line, Matson, and THOR Solutions. Hunter holds a degree in Marine Engineering and Shipyard Management from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and has demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence throughout a progressive career in marine engineering.
