Zack Tencer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in customer success, support, and audio/visual installation. Zack started their career in 2012 as an A/V Technician at Magen Boys Entertainment. In 2014, they worked as a Lead Audio/Visual Installer at Beaver Installations Ltd. Zack then moved on to Hubbli Inc. in 2015, where they served as the Director of Support until 2016. Since 2016, they have been working at MeazureUp as a Customer Success Manager.

Zack Tencer began their education at Wilfrid Laurier University in 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management. Zack successfully completed their degree in 2011. Following this, in 2011, Zack enrolled at the Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology to study Audio Engineering. Zack attended the institute for a year and completed their studies in 2012.
