Ilia Vialshin is a professional with extensive experience in media development and ingredient formulation, currently serving as Team-Lead for Ingredients and Media Development at Meatable since June 2019. Previously, Ilia held the position of Media Development Scientist at the same company. Prior to Meatable, Ilia was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology from December 2016 to November 2018, working in the group of a distinguished professor. Ilia's academic journey includes a PhD candidacy at Radboud University Nijmegen from September 2012 to November 2016 under the supervision of Professor Wilhelm, and a Master's degree in Chemistry from Lomonosov Moscow State University, completed in 2012.
