Ella Beckingsale is an experienced professional in people operations and culture, currently serving as the People Operations Lead at me&u since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ella held various titles at Mr Yum, including People Operations/People & Culture Advisor and Operations Coordinator, from August 2021 to November 2023. Ella began their career at Melbourne Real Estate, contributing as the Brand & Communications Lead/People & Culture Coordinator from January 2015 to August 2021. Academically, Ella completed a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at RMIT University and has a background as a Residential College Student at Trinity College, University of Melbourne, along with a Higher School Certificate from The Scots School Albury.
