Nicole Portrude is a dedicated mental health professional currently serving as the Director of Health System Implementation at Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute, where responsibilities include leading the implementation of the Collaborative Care Model and Measured Based Care in health systems while managing a team of project managers. Prior to this role, Nicole was a Senior Program Manager and Program Manager for the Collaborative Care Program at Mindoula, overseeing program operations. Additional experience includes various roles in behavioral health and psychology, as well as positions in business development and marketing. Academically, Nicole holds multiple degrees in psychology from Universidad del Desarrollo and has completed a specialty course in Latinx Psychology at the University of Denver, with ongoing education in clinical psychology. Nicole's passion lies in healthcare transformation, community access to care, and reducing health disparities.
