Victoria D'Souza is a skilled professional with a background in food science and nutrition. Currently serving as a Technical Coordinator at Meadow Mushrooms since September 2022, Victoria previously held the role of Technical Research Assistant. Prior experience includes working as a Healthcare Associate Theatre at Hawke's Bay District Health Board and completing an internship as a Nutrition Intern with the Glasgow Warriors, where responsibilities included organizing nutrition for players post-training sessions. Victoria holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from Lincoln University (NZ) and a Bachelor of Science in Physiology, Sports Science, and Nutrition from the University of Glasgow.
