KALIGIRWA Josepha is an accomplished finance and administration professional with extensive experience in project management and compliance within international development organizations. Currently serving as the Finance and Administration Manager at ME&A, Inc. since February 2022, KALIGIRWA supports project leadership and supervises administrative staff. Prior roles include significant positions at Global Communities, where KALIGIRWA worked as a Consultant on program closeout and Director of Finance, Grants and Contracts, and at Winrock International, managing financial operations for a $5 million project.
