Aaron Beach has been working in the corporate world since 2002. Aaron began their career as a General Manager at The Cheesecake Factory. In 2014, they were appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of iSplack, a sports performance skin care company, and Chief Operating Officer of Black Lab Sports, LLC, a venture capital firm. In 2015, they were appointed President and COO of Me Biosciences.

Aaron Beach attended St. Bonaventure University, where they studied Psychology.
