Jolly Shrivastava is a Bioinformatics Scientist with extensive experience in developing and analyzing pipelines for next-generation sequencing (NGS) and quantitative PCR (qPCR) assays. Currently, Jolly is employed at mdxhealth since October 2023, having previously worked at Fulgent Genetics from December 2020 to October 2023 as a Bioinformatics Scientist II. Prior roles include positions at Biocept, Inc. and ResearchDx, where Jolly focused on identifying SNPs and mutant copies, performing single-cell analysis using various platforms, and maintaining NGS pipelines for variant identification. Jolly earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioinformatics from the University of California, Riverside, and also holds an education background from California State University, Fullerton.
