Becky Tapp has a strong background in the healthcare industry, with a focus on health services and quality. Becky is currently serving as the McLaren Integrated Group Vice President for Health Services and Quality at McLaren Health Care. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Health Services at MDwise, Inc. from 2019. Before that, they held the position of FEP Director of Medical Management at Anthem Bluecross & Blueshield from 2015 to 2019. Their career began in 2008 as the Director of Case Management at Managed Health Services - Centene Corporation, where they worked until 2014.

Becky Tapp began their education journey in 1981 at Indiana University Southeast, where they pursued their Nursing Prerequisites until 1984. Becky then attended Spalding University from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Becky Tapp has also earned two additional certifications. In December 2009, they obtained the Milliman Certification from MCG - part of the Hearst Health network. In August 2008, they also achieved the Certified Professional Healthcare Management (CPHM) certification from McKesson.
