Carole Vitiello has extensive experience in member growth and practice development within the healthcare industry, currently serving as Associate Director of Member Growth at MDVIP since April 2013. In this role, Carole is responsible for managing relationships with affiliated physicians in New Jersey, focusing on increasing community awareness, practice membership growth, and supporting practice success. Previous experience includes serving as Field Sales Training & Development Manager at Destination Maternity Corporation, where Carole led initiatives to enhance product knowledge and customer experience, and as General Manager at Luxottica Retail and Burberry. Carole holds a Bachelor of Science in Design & Merchandising from Drexel University and completed further education at Cornell University.
