Lizzy Mello is an experienced model at MDT Agency, Inc. since 2012 and serves as a Guest Instructor at Rancho La Puerta since May 2022. As the Founder of Litt Wellness from 2017 to October 2022, Lizzy directed a full-service yoga and wellness events company specializing in retreats and events for private groups. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Marketing at Stash-It (June 2021 - June 2022) and Experience Instructor at 1440 Multiversity (October 2019 - March 2020). Previous yoga teaching positions were held at Ojas Yoga Center (2016-2018), Piedmont Yoga (August 2014 - January 2015), Yoga Spring Studio (May 2012 - June 2013), and Re Creation Health Clubs (February 2011 - July 2011). Lizzy holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Holistic Health from the University of Arizona, earned between 2005 and 2009.
