Alexandra Pinheiro has extensive experience in the insurance and medical assistance sectors, currently serving as Team Leader in Automotive Claims Management at MDS Group since May 2015, where additional roles have included partnership management and brokerage operations. Prior to MDS Group, Alexandra worked as an Administrative Technician at Medicil Assistencia Medica and Trofa Saúde from January 2011 to May 2015, and gained earlier retail experience at Levi Strauss & Co. and Stradivarius. Alexandra holds a PDEADS certification in Insurance Management from MOFP and a technical diploma in Physiotherapy from SIMAC.
