Ryan Mctighe is an experienced Service Transition Manager at MDS Global, since September 2015, specializing in managing Service Transition Projects and Programs for new customer solutions within the Managed Service environment. Prior to this role, Ryan held various leadership positions at Outsourcery from March 2009 to June 2015, including Head of Cloud Transition, where oversight of Microsoft-focused solution delivery teams ensured successful sales conversions and performance through KPI planning. Additionally, Ryan served as Head of Customer and Partner Support, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, and as Customer Support Team Manager, managing escalated billing queries and operational reporting.
