Toby McCrindle is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal sector. Currently serving as a Partner at Mishcon de Reya LLP since November 2024, Toby also holds positions as a Startup Mentor at LawtechUK and a Member of the LawTech Sounding Board for the City of London Corporation. Prior to these roles, Toby was the Chief Legal Officer at SeedLegals and Head of Legal and Compliance at Divido. Additional experience includes serving as General Counsel at Snowfall and Legal Counsel at BAE Systems, along with a formative period at Allen & Overy as a Trainee/Associate focused on Structured and Asset Finance. Toby earned a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Birmingham after attending Sir William Borlase's Grammar School and The Royal Grammar School in High Wycombe.
