Shem Ardi San Diego is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various managerial and development roles. Currently serving as the Software Engineering Sector Head and Senior Software Engineering Manager at MDI Novare since August 2018, responsibilities include overseeing software architecture, delivery management, and technology consulting. Prior to this role, Shem was a Senior Software Engineer at Incuventure Partners Corporation, where key projects included the redevelopment of the UACS Management Tool and enhancement of the G-W@PS for the Government Service Insurance System. Experience also includes application programming at IBM, focusing on the Wholesale Club Customer Database Application, and software engineering at NetworkLabs, working on WCDMA tools and automation. Shem holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering from De La Salle University.
