Mariah Cormier is an experienced public affairs and marketing professional, currently serving as the Public Affairs Officer at Mount Desert Island Hospital since June 2022. Prior to this role, Mariah held positions at Eastern Maine Community College as both the Director of Marketing and Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator, and worked as a Communication Specialist and Marketing Coordinator at the University of Maine. Additional experience includes leadership roles in Delta Zeta Sorority and internships in marketing communication and public relations at Mid Coast Hospital, Tip Whip, and Chatham Angler's Baseball. Mariah holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Public Relations from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Marketing from the University of Maine.
