Rhodé de Graaf is a seasoned trainer and consultant at MDF Training & Consultancy since March 2014, specializing in gender mainstreaming, training facilitation, results-based management, Theory of Change, and online learning platforms, while also engaging in graphic design. As the BOOST project lead, Rhodé connects partners within a public-private partnership program aimed at addressing the digital divide in Kenya. Previous experience includes serving as the Communications and Marketing Coordinator at MDF, where responsibilities encompassed developing international marketing strategies and enhancing brand identity. Rhodé also worked as an HR Officer at Arthouse LUX, managing payroll and employment law advice for over 100 employees, as well as completing internships focused on communications and European Mobility Week. Rhodé holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and has undertaken studies at various institutions, including a minor in Business/Corporate Communications at Haaga-Helia University.
