Nierika Hamaekers is a seasoned Trainer and Learning Consultant at MDF since January 2024, specializing in the design, development, and facilitation of online courses while also consulting on learning strategies and soft-skill development. With previous experience as a Learning Coach and Facilitator focused on Sustainability, Innovation, and Systems Transformation, Nierika provided strategic frameworks for sustainable development projects in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme and developed change management strategies for AI adoption with Deloitte. Nierika has also served as a Sustainability Consultant, managing stakeholders in the Latin American ecosystem, and as a Strategic Innovation Consultant trainee at Royal FloraHolland, focusing on logistics and CO2 reduction. Nierika's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Global Business & Sustainability from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Groningen, complemented by a Human Centred Design Master Course from Hyper Island.
