Francisca van Dusseldorp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development cooperation, coaching, and training. Currently serving as the Regional Coordinator for Africa at CNV Internationaal since March 2023, Francisca has also been involved with MDF Africa and MDF West Africa ltd. as a coach and trainer since February 2017, focusing on facilitating the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. Previous roles include managing a community center and working as a social worker at Solidez, board member at Happiness4all, and running van dusseldorp coaching & advies. With a background in managing programs at SNV and leading various projects in gender and development, Francisca holds degrees from Wageningen University & Research and several coaching certifications, including transformational presence leadership.
