Tom Nixon has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the energy industries. Tom currently serves as the VP of Sales at MDE Group. Prior to this, Tom worked as the Managing Director at MDE Group UK, where they delivered expertise in skilled engineers, international mobility, and EOR services. Before that, they held the role of Managing Director at Competentia UK Ltd. Tom also served as the Chairman - Renewables at the Energy Industries Council (EIC), where they led the association for UK companies supplying capital goods and services to the energy industries globally. Tom began their career at Talascend, where they held the positions of Sales Director, UK & Europe and Operations Manager, contributing to the company's success in the technical sector.

Tom Nixon attended the University of Bristol from 1996 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in Communications & Media. During this period, they completed a BA (Hons) in their chosen field of study.
