Winny Tan has been in the business world since 2013 when they founded and became the Managing Director of VINWIN Consultancy. In 2019, they co-founded MDC ASIA LINK BERHAD and in 2020 they founded Kids' Life House where they serve as the Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, in 2022, they founded and became the Director of Autism Genius Play Centre.

Winny Tan attended the University of Sunderland in London and studied Accounting and Finance.
