Belen Castres White is a seasoned project manager and production expert with extensive experience in the performing arts and events management. Currently serving as Project Manager and Programmer at Koubek Center MDC Miami since October 2020, Belen also holds the position of Technical and Production Manager for Flamenco Festival USA, where responsibilities include the production, organization, and coordination of various entertainment events. Belen has been involved with multiple companies since 2006, including Flamenco Festival S.L. and Coordinadora Técnica de Flamenco Festival across various regions, focusing on technical coordination and production for international festivals. Previous roles include Executive Producer for "La Familia Addams El Musical" and Production Manager for Jesus Carmona y Cia. Belen's educational background includes studies at the University of Buenos Aires from 1981 to 1986.
