Derel Finch is an Internal Medicine Physician at MD² Seattle since July 2023, contributing to the premier network of concierge medicine practices in the country. Previously, Derel Finch served as a practicing intensivist at Providence Health & Services and Swedish Health Services from December 2020 to June 2023, as well as in various leadership roles at Swedish Health Services from 2008 to 2020, including Chief Medical Officer and Executive Medical Director of Critical Care & eICU. Derel Finch also practiced as a pulmonologist and intensivist with Minor & James Medical and Chest Medicine Consultants in the early 2000s. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Washington Medical Center, an Internal Medicine Residency at Duke University, and a fellowship in Pulmonary & Critical Care from the University of Washington. Leadership training has been pursued through multiple programs, including the Intermountain Healthcare Leadership Institute and the Health Management Academy.
