Kayvon Izadi MD is an experienced orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand, wrist, and elbow treatments, currently practicing at MD West ONE since March 2020. Prior to this role, Kayvon Izadi served in a similar capacity at Methodist Physicians Clinic HealthWest from 2009 to March 2020 and completed a fellowship at Indiana Hand Center from July 2008 to July 2009. Kayvon Izadi completed an orthopedic residency at the University of New Mexico from July 2004 to July 2008 after a general surgery residency at Allegheny General Hospital from July 2003 to July 2004. The medical education was obtained from Creighton University School of Medicine, culminating in an MD degree in 2003, following a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Northern Arizona University in 1996. Prior research experience includes a role as a research assistant at Childrenā€™s Hospital Los Angeles from June 1995 to July 1998.
