Randy Langefeld is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of the Service Center Network at MD Helicopters since January 2023. Prior to this role, Randy held the position of Customer Success Director at Spidertracks from August 2017 to January 2023, where responsibilities included training and onboarding new customers, maximizing feature adoption, and enhancing product solutions for aircraft operators. From July 2013 to August 2017, Randy worked in sales for Aeronet Software, managing sales and training for web-based aviation maintenance software and consulting on various operational processes. Additionally, Randy was the owner of Integrated Business Resources from June 2005 to July 2013. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
