Lance Waage is an accomplished Information Technology leader currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at MD Helicopters since July 2023. With extensive experience in cybersecurity as a Cyber Operations Officer in the US Air Force Reserve since December 2013, Lance has previously held prominent positions at Arrowhead Engineered Products, where roles included Sr. Director of Global IT Infrastructure and Security, as well as Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations. Prior roles include Manager of Information Systems Projects at Polaris Industries and Cyber and Communications Officer in the United States Air Force from December 2006 to December 2013. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
