Rita Zeidan Aji has extensive work experience in the clinical operations field. Rita began their career at Merck as a Medical Representative in March 2000 and transitioned to a Clinical Research Associate role in July 2005. In 2007, Aji joined ClinTec International and held various positions, including Clinical Research Associate, Senior Clinical Research Associate/Clinical Monitoring Lead, and Project Manager. Rita then moved on to MCT-CRO in 2013, where they held the position of Head of Clinical Operations until March 2015. From April 2015 to July 2017, Aji served as the Director of Clinical Operations at MCT-CRO before being promoted to the role of VP of Clinical Operations in August 2017.

Rita Zeidan Aji has a strong educational background in the field of Nutrition and Project Management. Rita began their education at Jesus & Mary School, where they obtained their Lebanese Bacc II degree in Experimental Sciences in 1994. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition & Dietetics at the American University of Beirut, completing it in 1997.

Continuing their education at the American University of Beirut, Rita obtained a Master of Science degree in Nutrition in 2000, further specializing in their field of study.

In terms of project management, Rita completed the PMP Exam Preparation Course at the American University of Beirut in 2013.
