James Martin has a diverse work experience spanning over 24 years. James'smost recent roles include Head of Global Procurement and Supply Chain at McSport and Head of Global Procurement at HIT Fitness, both starting in 2021. Prior to this, they were the Trading Director at Flying Tiger Copenhagen from 2020 to 2021.

From 2016 to 2020, James worked at Alshaya Group, first as the Director of Brand Management for Pottery Barn & West Elm in the MENA region, and then as the Head of Merchandising for West Elm.
