Arshad Shaik has a strong background in software engineering. Arshad started their career in 2019 at MicroSpark Software Solutions Private Limited, where they worked as a Software Engineer for 2.5+ years. During this time, they gained experience in J2EE Web Technologies, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and MVC. In 2022, Arshad joined ValueLabs as a Software Engineer, where they worked from June to October. Currently, they are employed at MCO (MyComplianceOffice) as a Software Engineer, starting in December 2022.

Arshad Shaik earned their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University between 2010 and 2014.
