Adam Koelsch is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Of Counsel at McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC since January 2021. Prior to this role, Adam held positions as a SALT Manager at Grant Thornton LLP and Senior Counsel at Chamberlain Hrdlicka. Adam also served as Deputy City Solicitor for the City of Philadelphia and spent several years at the Kings County District Attorney's office as a Senior Appellate Attorney, where responsibilities included arguing cases in the New York State Court of Appeals and editing appellate briefs. Adam holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax from Villanova University, a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
