Michael Truex currently serves as Energy Market Leader at McMillen since May 2024 and as an Adjunct Professor at Whitworth University’s Graduate School of Business since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Generation Project Management, Project Manager, and Developments CPC/Designer at Avista from September 2015 to May 2024. Previously, Michael held various positions such as Project Engineer and Construction Manager at CH2M HILL from June 2009 to September 2015, contributing to projects like the Spokane County Regional Water Reclamation Facility. Michael Truex earned an MBA in Executive Leadership from Whitworth University in 2019 and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technologies from Eastern Washington University in 2010.
