Kevin Friesen, P.Eng., is a skilled Project Engineer specializing in structural engineering and design development at McMillen since September 2023. With a comprehensive background in structural steel and reinforced concrete design, Kevin has contributed to the development of hydraulic structures, buildings, and bridges throughout a career that includes key roles at WSP and Hatch, where responsibilities encompassed detailed condition assessments and load evaluations. Notable experience includes involvement in the Port Mann Highway 1 Improvement Project at Hatch Mott MacDonald and civil engineering work for BC Hydro, as well as field engineering at PCL Construction. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia, earned in 2011.
