Jay Dallas is a seasoned project manager at McMillen since February 2022, boasting extensive experience in the engineering field. Prior to this role, Jay served as a team lead and mechanical engineer at the US Army Corps of Engineers from October 2009 to March 2022, contributing to projects within the Hydroelectric Design Center. Jay's engineering career began with the US Army from May 2004 to October 2009 as an engineer officer. Educationally, Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where studies were completed from 2000 to 2004.
