Ryan Gallagher is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in transportation law, particularly in representing major shippers in negotiations and regulatory matters involving Class I railways. Currently a Partner at McMillan LLP since December 2009, Ryan has played a significant role in high-profile cases, including the formation of Central Maine & Québec Railway following the Lac-Mégantic derailment. Previously, Ryan served as an Associate at Forrest C. Hume Law Corporation, providing assistance in various transportation-related issues and regulatory proceedings.
