Rebecca Dyck is an experienced Corporate Law Clerk with a demonstrated history of working in various legal roles. Since June 2017, Rebecca has been employed at McMillan LLP, where responsibilities include corporate maintenance, incorporations, and minute book reviews for Ontario and Federal Corporations. Prior to this, Rebecca served at Torkin Manes from April 2014 to March 2017, focusing on extra-provincial registrations and annual resolutions. Additional experience includes positions as a Legal Assistant at Beber Professional Corporation and a Law Clerk at ESC Corporate Services. Rebecca began their legal career as a Junior Title Searcher at First Canadian Title in 2010. An advanced diploma in Legal Administration was obtained from Durham College from 2007 to 2010, following a high school diploma earned at The Yorkland School.
