Ashan Corea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, operations, and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Program Lead for the Industry Operations Leadership and Management program at McMaster University, Ashan focuses on mentoring and assessing industry leaders. As Principal at The Strong Link Inc., Ashan collaborates with industry and academic partners to enhance operational competencies in the context of Industry 4.0. In addition, as Operations Executive at H-Hour, Inc., Ashan drives marketing efforts for medium to large businesses with a precision-oriented approach. Previously, Ashan served as a Warrant Officer in the Canadian Forces, leading teams in challenging environments and managing various military training initiatives. Additional experience includes significant roles at BOMBARDIER, overseeing pre-flight operations and contributing to substantial increases in production efficiency.
