Alexis-Carlota Cochrane is a Digital Scholarship Coordinator at McMaster University's Sherman Centre for Digital Scholarship, where responsibilities include providing consulting and technical support for digital scholarship initiatives. Currently, Alexis-Carlota also serves as a Program Manager for the UofMosaic Fellowship Program at the Mosaic Institute and holds multiple roles at Northwestern University, including Graduate Research Affiliate for the Centre for Latinx Digital Media and various communications positions. Previous experience encompasses roles at The City University of New York as a HASTAC Scholar, Senior Teaching Assistant at McMaster Faculty of Humanities, and Senior Data Quality Specialist at Cohere. Academically, Alexis-Carlota pursues a PhD in Communication, New Media & Cultural Studies at McMaster University, building on a Master's degree in Communication and New Media and an Honours Bachelor's degree in Communication, Culture, Information, and Technology from the University of Toronto.
